Soldering and Reworking
Research-driven design require reworking on existing prototypes or small scale operations at millimiter-hundreds of micron scale. We can easily do small prototyping series soldering of surface mount components, and we can run fast prototyping (2 layers) with milling machine.
Warehouse Management and Component Normalization
It is essential to speed-up and organize efficiently the printed circuit board design flow. The job includes: components and assembly standardization, time-to-prototyping simplification through part lists import, purchasing process and components supply chain monitoring, pre-orders arrangement and electronics and Mechanics CAD integration.
